Library
The stock of the Library and the Media Library of the National University of Music Bucharest comprises course materials, scores, specialist and literary works, CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, and VCR cassettes.
All library materials are freely available to students, teachers, and staff of the university. The UNMB Library and Media Library also provide consultation and lend materials from their stock to external users.

- library loans of documents from the university’s collections;
- physical and virtual access to publications in the reading room;
- access to databases and specialist journals online in the Collections Room;
- interlibrary loans;
- loans of documents from other libraries upon user request;
- up-to-date bibliographic information.

Services
- The Audio-visual Media Library Service makes available to internal users (teaching staff, students, postgraduates, researchers) and external users (specialists from various cultural and scientific fields) all the audio-visual materials and equipment they require: CDs, DVDs, CD players, laptops, video projectors, sound systems.
- We have a viewing and a listening room equipped with televisions and VHS-DVD players, video projectors, laptops, sound systems, projection screens, and magnetic boards, where courses, academic talks, conferences, workshops, and symposiums can be held.
- We also take care of recording musical events held by the UNMB: instrumental and vocal class recitals; student choir and orchestra concerts. The recordings are stored in the service’s archive and copies of them can be produced upon request.
